The goal of the Austin Dental Center is to provide excellent dental care for our patients, including advanced and innovative services,with an emphasis on comfort and compassion during any and all procedures. We strive to make this apparent in every aspect of your experience, whether it is meeting with our friendly, professional staff to address any concerns, undergoing procedures, financing, or scheduling appointments.
New and existing patients may call the office, send a quick message through our website contact form, or stop by our office to schedule appointments. Existing patients may schedule their next routine preventative care appointment chairside during their appointments.
Depending on what type of appointment is needed — getting established as a new patient, routine teeth cleaning, limited exam to address a more urgent problem, planned treatment, teeth whitening, etc — our team will work with you to find the first available day with the appropriate amount of time to take care of you that also works with your personal schedule.
After scheduling your first appointment, new patients are asked to fill out our new patient intake forms prior to visiting our office. These forms ask for basic contact details and health history as well as insurance information, if any. This helps us streamline services for your convenience.

- Patients with full dentures
- Patients alternating routine visits with a Periodontist
- Patients whose health requires more frequent maintenance (we’ll discuss your personalized schedule with you)

Standard Appointments:
Please provide at least 2 business days’ notice to cancel and/or reschedule. -
Appointments Exceeding 2 Hours in Duration:
Require 3 business days’ notice. -
Office Hours:
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $75 for missed hygiene appointments
- $100 for missed doctor appointments
Frequent Cancellations or No-Shows
- Prepay in full for any scheduled treatment
- If using dental insurance, the reimbursement will be sent directly to you or the policy holder
